Muscle Grow
Different muscles grow at different pace in people based on factors like genes, diet and the type of physical activities involved. Muscle growth is fundamental to any bodybuilder who strives to achieve optimum body fitness.
Good nutrition has an important part in aiding the muscle to grow quicker. An excess of calories is needed, without it no muscle growth is possible. For best results, increase the number of your meals from three to six per day and ensure that your meals are rich in proteins and carbohydrates since the muscles need to replenish their fuel after intense workouts.
Another aspect which makes the muscles grow is rest. The body needs time to recover from the previous workout and to prepare for the next. Keep in mind that tissue repair and build-up occurs during rest periods. Therefore, allocate plenty of time for sleep (at least 8 hour a day) and rest to witness your muscle grow.

Weight training is a must for muscle growth. It is instrumental in improving the physical fitness and helping the muscles to grow in strength and endurance. It can also increase bone density and prevents diseases like osteoporosis. In order for your muscle to grow faster, you need to keep reaching for higher levels of training intensity. This is relatively easy to plan by following certain basic principles and rules such as the progressive overload. The progressive overload principal simply means that you must gradually increase the stress placed upon the body during your weight training sessions. This can be done by increasing the number of reps or the weightlifted in every single workout. You can also aim for more sets per body part or simply decrease the resting time between sets

These days many people opt for muscle bodybuilding supplements to help their muscles grow. Creatine
is the most popular supplement among bodybuilders. Other safe supplements are glutamine, whey and other forms of protein. Faster gains in strength and mass are supplied by prohormones (precursors to hormones) which support and encourage rapid muscle growth. A typical prohormone is intended to be a precursor of an anabolic steroid like testosterone, which is taken in order to boost the body’s available hormone supply. Such Prohormones have the same side effects as anabolic steroids and there are now classified as illegal by the FDA.
