1.    Weight Training

2.    Healthy Diet

If you want to lose body fat, then a healthy diet is by far the most important thing to consider. First of all you need to drink enough water as your body needs a lot of it to function properly, it all depends on many factors but you should aim for at least 8 8-ounce glasses of water per day.

In order to lose body fat, you need to eat fewer calories than you actually burn so the key here is to safely reduce your calories intake. These here are good nutrition habits that you need to develop when talking about a healthy diet:

An exercise is considered Aerobic if performed generally at low or moderate levels of intensity for a long period of time with oxygen involved (example to that are bicycling , aerobic dance, running, jumping rope...). For best results you should consider at least 2 to 3 sessions of Aerobic exercise per week.
